OVERVIEW OF ACTIONS TAKEN DUE TO COVID-19

Reception and Common Areas

• Our personnel have received special training on COVID-19.
• There is a strict plan for treating potential COVID-19 incidents.
• Detailed record of all persons that have visited us is kept. All neccesary information (name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact information - address, telephone, e-mail) is recorded (with compliance to GDPR Regulations) and will be used only in case of a COVID-19 incident, to trace all contacts of an infected person.
• There is a special medical kit available for COVID-19 infections.
• Antiseptic is available at the reception desk and in several spots in our premises. Reception area and all surfaces are disinfected regularly.
• Safe distances are kept during check-in/check-out
• Contactless Check-in/Check-out.
• Payments are accepted only via debit/credit card or bank transfer. Cash is accepted only in special cases.
• Visitors are not allowed.
• All common areas are disinfected regularly.
• Check-out is up to 12:00 / Check-in after 14:00 . This allows enough time for thourough cleaning and disinfection.

Swimming Pool use

• Our swimming pool is open and water quality is measured regularly.
• Νumber of persons allowed in the pool is limited according to government guidelines. 
• Umbrellas and sunbeds have been placed according to safe-distancing protocols. .
• Disinfection is regular.
